So today should be a true test of how I am doing. First I will be going up to the hospital for a end of the week weigh-in. Second, I am meeting my sisters for lunch in Scottsbluff. Lori is coming over for a dr's appointment so the three of us are going to hook-up. This doesn't happen very often that all three of use can go to lunch with no children or men along, what a NICE treat it will be!
I have already spent my morning bonding time with the treadmill. Since I have a busy morning planned I figured that I had better post real quick before getting in the shower. If I have a free minute later I will post how the scale treated me. Have a GREAT Friday!
