Everything Happens For a Reason! This is something which I have been hearing ALOT this week. This whole house thing is going to give me an ulcer or a heart attack, maybe even both. Tracey talked to our realtor today and Bill received a letter today from the sellers asking for an "extension of sorts" until July 16th (Tracey's b-day) for them to try and get a "short sell" arranged. What is a short sell you may ask, (I did anyway) it is when the bank agrees to take the best offer and forgive the seller the difference. This letter did not have a response dead-line so that means that we can give an accept or decline up until July 15th and pay no more than the appraised amount. Since we received this news we have decided to start looking at other houses on Monday and if we find another house we like we will decline the offer and if not we can still buy it. Trace and I decided that if we find another house which we like we could potentially be closing on a different house by that date and while we really like the house we are soooooo ready to have our own house.
Alex got home from 6th grade camp yesterday and left for scout camp after school today. We will pick him up tomorrow night. He said that he had a great time at camp and said that he would like to go again next year. Kendal had a game last night and this afternoon, matter of fact he got out of school after 1st period. They have a double-header tomorrow, as well. Both of the boys are ready for school to be out on Weds. They are also mighty upset about the situation with the house but know that there is nothing which mom and dad can do about it.
I hope that everyone has a great weekend, it is supposed to be a beautiful one, just remember to use the sunscreen!!

Good news on the house, T. Hope it works out one way or the other. I know what is meant to happen will come about, but it sucks waiting to find out what God has planned. Our thoughts are with you!
