Well, today has not been a good day at the Colson house. Tracey got a call from our mortgage officer and the appraisal for the house came in $6,000 below the contract price. He contacted our realtor and after Bill visited with the listing realtor we were told that the sellers need the contract price in order to clear what they owe on the house. In other words they want us to make up the difference between the appraisal and the contract amount; which there is no way we can afford that because that $6,000 would be in addition to the downpayment and all the closing costs. So basically we are house hunting again. Tracey and I got on-line tonight found a few houses which we are interested in and then we drove to town and did a curb-side assessment. We found a few that looked promising and we are planning on looking at some on Friday after Tracey gets off work.
Alex is at 6th grade camp until tomorrow and they are stopping at Evan's Plunge on the way home. He has a scout camp-out on Fri and Sat. He leaves for a leadership camp on Sunday morning. Unfortunately I am going to have to tell him about the house when he gets home tomorrow.
Kendal had a game last night which they lost 4-8 against Wheatland and there is a game here tomorrow against Cheyenne. There is a tournament in Scottsbluff this weekend and he will be getting out of school early for a 12:30 gam on Fri. I am planning on getting off work early in order to watch him play.
Well not much else new in this neck of the woods.

T&T -- We are so sorry to hear about the house situation. Beck kinda briefed me on it last night at the boys' game. I'm just sick about it for ya.
We had a little heartburn when we were buying too. I guess when it's right, it's right, and when it is right, it will work out, right? ;-p
Hang in there. Sounds like the boys are busy as usual. Tell all hello. Hugs! J&JB
