Craziness!

So it has been a tad crazy around here, (of course that is nothing new) and it shows no signs of change. Saturday night we went out for supper and then family cosmic bowling in celebration of Alex's birthday. It was great to see everyone having so much fun, even my parents bowled. Lori completed a FULL 3 games as well, inspite of being 31 weeks pregnant!
Yesterday Alex competed in the local math contest and since the scanners broke down the scoring wasn't completed when he got home. He said that they were hoping to announce today the winners! Last night he had Civil Air Patrol and came home wearing his "camos". They had found him a camo uniform in their stash of extra uniforms and are hoping to find him some dress blues. He also came home with his Civil Airman wings on his collar, as he had been promoted last night, he was mighty proud.
Kendal was supposed to fly to Denver to take his confirmation test but that plan changed yesterday. His recruiter called & told Kendal that his boss wants them to wait until he has made weight in order to go & that way he can do everything at once. Kendal went to the hospital PT dept. after work and they calculated his body fat % and he has 4% left to go. He is becoming more aware of his eating habits and seems to be more focused on working out so it will be interesting to see how long it takes to get this last little bit off.
Well I need to get headed to the Blood Draw for the morning. Have a great day and enjoy the nice weather while it lasts!
